The Irish Internet Association is delighted to announce the appointment of Roseanne Smith as their new Membership, Marketing and Communications Manager. With the addition of Roseanne to the IIA team, it is hoped that the IIA’s capacity to liaise with members and to promote and communicate the IIA’s events and services will increase. This will ensure increased opportunities for IIA to connect, inform and promote on behalf of the membership.
A Dubliner, Roseanne Smith has a BA in Drama Studies and Modern Irish and a M.Sc. in Multimedia Systems from Trinity College Dublin. She will complete a M.Sc. in Social Research Skills from University of Ulster in May 2008. On taking up her position Roseanne said, "I couldn’t have started at a better time! With the IIA Congress on May 15th I will get a chance very soon to meet many of the members."
